The latest versions of oc-mirror do not rebuild the Catalog in RHOCP 4

Environment

• Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP)
  • 4.15 and above

Issue

• oc-mirror latest versions do not rebuild the Catalog post mirroring.
• oc-mirror list operators --catalog shows all operator list against custom Catalog.

Resolution

• Previously oc-mirror v2 and oc-mirror v1 from 4.15 and above was not rebuilding the CatalogSource index-image due to the problem with OPM binaries (FIPS etc) This content is not included.OCPBUGS-31536.

Root Cause

Diagnostic Steps

• Post mirroring with selected operators oc-mirror is listing all the operators instead of listing only mirrored operators.

$ oc-mirror list operators --catalog=<index-image>
