`[WARNING]: Callback disabled by environment. Disabling the Foreman callback` while running Ansible playbooks via remote execution on Red Hat Satellite 6.x

Environment

• Red Hat Satellite 6.14.4.2-1

Issue

• After updating from Red Hat Satellite 6.14.2-1 to 6.14.4.2-1, the following message is displayed during Ansible runs via Satellite:

    5: [WARNING]: Callback disabled by environment. Disabling the Foreman callback
    6: plugin.
  

Resolution

1. Follow the steps in the Diagnostic Steps section of this solution article.

2. If the Diagnostic Steps section matches your case, then the [WARNING]: Callback disabled by environment. Disabling the Foreman callback is expected when running arbitrary Ansible playbooks. We only want to get the callback when applying Ansible roles, not when running arbitrary Ansible playbooks.

Diagnostic Steps

1. Confirm that the Actions::RemoteExecution::RunHostJob task reporting the warning was completed successfully.

2. In Dynflow console, under the Plan tab of theActions::RemoteExecution::RunHostJobtask reporting the warning, confirm that:
