Deployment of a Red Hat product is not in a manner that Red Hat has documented. Will Red Hat support it?

Resolution

When Red Hat products and/or technologies are deployed outside of stated supported configurations or environments, Red Hat does not have any obligation to support those "unsupported" scenarios. With that said, Red Hat strives to help customers successfully deploy and use Red Hat products. Red Hat usually attempts to assist customers with unsupported scenarios within what is deemed to be reasonable efforts. If you can reproduce an issue on a supported configuration, then we can put the issue back into a "supported" state and work on it as we would any other supported issue.
