Resolution

  • Access the This content is not included.Package Browser tool on the Customer Portal.
  • Enter the package name in the Keywords search box.
  • Select a package from the results list and click on the appropriate Architecture (ex: x86_64).
  • You will be redirected to the package page.
  • In the version drop down, select the appropriate version for your release (el7 for RHEL7, el8 for RHEL8, el9 for RHEL9, el10 for RHEL10).
  • Check the Repo Label on the Details tab - if the repository name includes beta, the version is considered a beta release and not recommended for production systems.
  • The version list displays in descending order, with the latest version for each RHEL release shown at the top.
