[Satellite 5.4] When running recognize_guests.py, getting 'No systems detected to convert to guest' message

Environment

Red Hat Network (RHN) Satellite 5.4

Issue

Satellite being upgraded from 5.2 to 5.4, with many registered VMWare virtual machines. When running recognize_guests.py the output is 'No systems detected to convert to guest' message.

```

Resolution

Apply Red Hat Errata http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHEA-2011-0876.html
Make sure Satellite has latest rhn-upgrade package and re-run the script
Once the script is successfully executed, the Flex guests will be listed in the Web UI under "Overview >> subscription management >> Virtualization Entitlements >> guests consuming regular entitlement". Then convert them to use Flex guest entitlements.
