kmod-redhat-oracleasmis now available from Red Hat for RHEL 8.3 onward from "This content is not included.Red Hat Customer Portal".- In RHEL6 and RHEL7, the package was
kmod-oracleasm, but from RHEL8, it is provided askmod-redhat-oracleasmpackage.

Oracle has approved/certified Oracle 19c on RHEL8, and 19.8 on Oracle 19c will work on RHEL8. Red Hat has tested the asmlib kernel module on RHEL8 and its now available for 8.3 onward.
