Monitor integration health status
After you save an integration, the automation orchestrator monitors its health automatically. Health status is displayed on the list page.
Health statuses
The system runs health checks at a 5-minute interval by default and assigns one of the following statuses. You can change the health check interval under .
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Available | The integration endpoint is reachable and responding normally. No action is required. |
| Validating | The system is checking the integration endpoint. Wait for the check to complete. |
| Unknown | The integration health status has not been determined. |
| Error | The integration endpoint cannot be reached. Workflows that depend on this integration may fail. Investigate immediately. |
Resource refresh
In addition to health monitoring, the automation orchestrator periodically refreshes available resources for applicable integration types. LLM Provider and MCP Server integrations discover resources during health checks. You can view discovered resources and the timestamp of the last fetch on the Resources tab of the integration details page.
