Save, publish, and manage workflow versions

Automation orchestrator maintains a version history for each workflow so you can track changes over time, roll back to a previous version, and control which version runs in production.

As you build and refine a workflow, you save drafts to preserve your progress without affecting the active version. When you are ready to deploy your changes, you publish a new version, which becomes the version that runs when the workflow is triggered. The version history lets you compare changes across versions and restore an earlier version if a problem arises.
