Automation orchestrator uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage what users and service accounts can do within the platform. Roles bundle a set of permissions that you assign to users or groups. Policies extend this model by letting you define fine-grained access rules for specific resources such as workflows, credentials, and projects. Together, roles and policies give you control over access across teams and environments.
