After installation, you can scale components, rotate credentials, upgrade to newer versions, and monitor the health of your deployment. Day-2 operations help you maintain automation orchestrator in production environments.

Day-2 operations cover the tasks you perform after initial installation to keep automation orchestrator running reliably. You manage most day-2 operations by editing the AutomationOrchestrator custom resource or by running commands with the OpenShift CLI. The automation orchestrator operator detects changes to the custom resource and applies them through rolling updates, so most configuration changes do not require downtime.
